2004年初，在社会各界的大力支持下，经江苏省教育厅正式批准，苏州教育国际交流协会与Kaplan高等教育（中国）、苏州市**中学通力合作，成立了江苏地区**个专门教授NCUK国际基础课程(IFY）的教学机构——苏州国际预科学校。苏州国际预科学校的成立标志着苏州市在积极引入国际优质教育资源并加强国际教育合作与交流方面进入崭新的阶段。 At the beginning of 2004, with the supportfrom various circles of society and the formalapproval from JiangsuEducation Department, Suzhou International Foundation School was founded.
