To develop, deliver and lead pastoral care of the school, including students’ behaviour, psychological health and well-being. Functional Expertise 专业工作内容 · Assess and review the specific pastoral care needs of students and develop a strategy and is embedded within our curriculum moving forward. · Develop and deliver a bespoke and innovative pastoral care strategy that aligns with the wider development plan, strategic plan and aspirational pursuit of the school to provide a world class’ holistic education to students. · Collaboratively shape and lead the team of Form Tutors and Grade Leaders to refine and develop their roles as they relate to pastoral care of the students. · Seek opportunities to embed the teaching of protective behaviours in the curriculum and through assemblies and the development the PSHE and Values programme. · To plan and implement the pastoral tutoring programme and monitor its effectiveness. · Under the leadership of Heads, establish the framework and policy package for psychological education, discipline enhancement, behaviour correction and role model promotion. · Work with school Psychologists, Grade Leaders, Form Tutors and Teachers to respond to and address student behavioural concerns in a professional and supportive way. · Support the development of pastoral-related policy and procedures and lead the sharing of its implementation to all stakeholders. · Work with SLT to align pastoral data tracking systems on students to provide all stakeholders with a holistic profile for each student. 评估和审查学生的具体德育关怀需求，并制定相一致的策略，并将其嵌入我们的课程。 开发和提供定制和创新的德育关怀战略，与学校更广泛的发展计划、战略计划和理想追求相一致，为学生提供“世界级”的全人教育。 共同塑造和领导年级组长和班主任团队，完善和发展他们在学生德育关怀方面的角色 通过集会和PSHE和价值观项目的制定，寻求机会将保护行为教学纳入课程。 计划和实施德育辅导计划并监督其有效性。 在学部校长的领导下，建立心理教育、纪律加强、行为纠正和榜样推广的框架和政策包。 与心理老师、年级组长、班主任和老师合作，以专业和支持的方式回应问题学生。 支持制定与德育相关的政策和流程，并领导向所有利益相关方分享其执行情况。 与SLT合作，沟通学生的德育数据，为所有利益相关者提供每个学生的整体概况。 PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS Hold a bachelor’s degree or above. Previous experience of working in an educational environment with children. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations. Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures. Excellent analytical skills – with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success. Results orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs. Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks. You’d like to work in a purpose-led sector.
