Responsbility工作职责: 1 与外教及副班协作，协调及管理各项工作及资源能够确保班级教学计划的顺利展开Cooperate with Expat teachers, Chinese Class teachers, and Chinese Life Teachers to coordinate and manage various tasks and resources to ensure the smooth development of the class and the academic plan and lesson plans； 2 愿意并能够参加成为认证 IB 教师所需的所有必要的 IB 培训和课程Is willing and able to take all required IB training and courses required to become a certified IB teacher； 3 持续关注班级学生的学习及发展情况，根据教学展开，定期评估及整理学生的学习成果，并向家长反馈Continue to pay attention to the learning and development of students in the class, regularly evaluate and organize students' learning results according to the teaching development and give feedback to parents； 4 " 负责定期组织班级的家园活动/家长会，负责向家长发放相关通知并确保家长反馈，回执的及时回收及归档 Responsible for regularly organizing home-based activities/parents’ meetings, issuing necessary notices to parents, and ensuring the timely collection and management of parental feedback and documents； " 5 负责家园沟通工作，对家长的疑问，学生在校的情况等，给与及时适合的反馈Responsible for completing or arranging others to provide school-home communication, give timely and appropriate feedback to parents' questions, students' situation in school, etc； 6 负责协助教学管理人员针对教学展开的各项教学教研活动Responsible for assisting academic management personnel in various teaching and research activities to improve and enhance the programme of study； 7 负责组织班级环创的设计、制作及更新等，确保教室文化环境符合教育理念及教学内容，更好地呈现教学成果和展示积极的环境氛围Responsible for organizing the design, production and updating of classroom decorations, etc., to ensure that the design and decoration of the classroom aligns to the educational concept and teaching content, better presenting the teaching results and providing a positive environment that aligns to the IB philosophy； 8 与其他任课教师、专业教师、IB PYP 协调员和其他工作人员密切合作，投入时间进行集体备课，并确保正确实施超学科课程 Works closely with other classroom teachers, specialist teachers, IB PYP Coordinator and other staff to dedicate time to collaborative planning, and ensure the transdisciplinary curriculum is implemented correctly； 9 负责课堂、健康和安全、协作教学方法，并根据需要负责主要的课外活动 Is responsible for the classroom, health and safety, collaborative teaching approach, and for key co-curricular activities as required； 10 协调同班级的所有教师，按要求，共同完成单元教案的填写，整理档案包To facilitate all teachers of this class to complete unit planners, and complete file resource packs as required. Qualification任职资格: 1 "本科及以上学历，学前教育专业优先Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in pre-school education, or related are strongly preferred； - 获得中国相关部门颁发的幼儿园教师资格证书 Obtain a Kindergarten teacher qualification certificate issued by relevant Chinese departments；" 2 3年以上大型幼儿园工作经验，1年以上主班相关工作经验More than 3 years of work experience in high standard kindergartens, and more than 1 year of relevant work experience as a lead or homeroom teacher； 3 熟悉IEYC，STEAM，IB等国际幼教课程者优先；有IB培训资质，优先考虑Those who are familiar with IEYC, STEAM, IB and other international preschool education courses are preferred; those with IB training qualifications are preferred； 4 具备简单的英文沟通能力 Fluent in Chinese and English； 5 有音乐、艺术、舞蹈、体育等特长者优先考虑Those with expertise in music, art, dance, sports, etc. are preferred.
