工作职责： 1.根据IBHKDSE课程要求和师生需求，制定图书馆管理目标和计划。实施有效的课程资源使用和管理策略，优化资源分配。Library Strategic Planning: Formulate library management goals and plans based on the requirements of the IBHKDSE curriculum and the needs of teachers and students. Implement effective strategies for the use and management of course resources, optimizing resource allocation. 2.图书馆资源管理：管理图书馆馆藏，包括图书、期刊、电子资源等，确保馆藏的多样性和时效性，满足教学需求。负责图书馆空间和功能的规划与建设，提高图书馆服务的质量和效率。Library Resource Management: Manage the library's collections, including books, journals, electronic resources, etc., to ensure the diversity and timeliness of the collection to meet teaching needs. Responsible for the planning and construction of library space and functions, improving the quality and efficiency of library services. 3.教学支持：与教师合作，为学生提供研究资料和阅读材料，促进阅读和学术研究。提供咨询服务，协助学生和教师有效使用图书馆资源。Teaching Support: Collaborate with teachers to provide students with research materials and reading materials, promoting reading and academic research. Provide consultation services, assisting students and teachers in effectively using library resources. 4.学术诚信：推广和贯彻学术诚信政策，指导学生和教师合理使用网络资源，提高研究和批判性思维技能。Academic Integrity: Promote and implement the academic integrity policy, guiding students and teachers in the proper use of online resources, improving research and critical thinking skills. 5.图书馆维护和日常管理：负责图书馆的日常运维，包括资源管理、系统更新、设施维护等，确保图书馆环境的良好和功能的完善。Library Maintenance and Daily Management: Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the library, including resource management, system updates, facility maintenance, etc., ensuring a good environment and functionality of the library. 6.宣传与招生支持：参与学校的宣传和招生活动，展示图书馆的资源和服务，吸引潜在学生和教师。Promotion and Recruitment Support: Participate in the school's promotional and recruitment activities, showcasing the library's resources and services, attracting potential students and teachers. 7.完成上级交待的其他任务。Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. 任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，图书管理、教育学相关专业Bachelor's degree or higher, major in Library Management or related fields. 2.有同等国际学校图书管理工作经验、IB相关证书优先Priority will be given to candidates with experience in library management at international schools of similar level and relevant IB certificates. 3.具备以学习为中心的馆藏资源管理能力，熟悉图书馆建设、分类、编目等图书管理技能。了解IB或HKDSE课程标准和要求。Possess learner-centered collection management skills, familiar with library construction, classification, cataloging, and other library management skills. Understanding of IB or HKDSE curriculum standards and requirements. 4.具备图书馆建设、中图法分类、编目等图书管理技能Possess library management skills including library construction, Chinese Library Classification System, cataloging, etc. 5.具备教学技能、学生管理技能Possess teaching skills and student management skills. 6.具有良好的沟通表达和协调能力、抗压能力和责任心，热爱教育事业Possess good communication, coordination, and presentation skills, strong stress resistance, a sense of responsibility, and a passion for education.7.具备英文沟通表达能力Possess English communication skills.
