Overview of Responsibilities 工作内容: 全面了解IB课程体系、学生活动,并与教学管理人员保持沟通; Overall knowledge of IB system, school activity, as well as the contact with the teaching staff 根据目标市场和目标人群,制定市场宣传推广策略,协调和实施市场活动,如与培训机构、合作学校协调落实市场活动,与之维护良好关系等; Propose marketing strategy and conduct the maketing acticitises based on the target group and target market, such as the coordinating work with the training organization and other related school. 研究分析IB学校的市场现状、市场动态、行业变化以及竞争对手分析,收集市场各方反馈意见并提出调整方案 Study the market dynamic, and analyze the competitors by collecting the feedback to put forward the adjusting proposal accordingly 负责制定咨询量创造的计划及方案,为学校提供持续稳定的高质量咨询量; Responsible for drafting the plan or proposal by the inquiries 根据需要,代表学校参加各种外联活动(包括晚上和周末); On behalf of school to attend the activities if needed 协助领导制定并落实市场招生计划;完成招生工作 Assitst the diect report to propose and finalize the admission task ,such as visting the campus, enrollment . 根据以上工作内容制定每月工作计划,并于月底前向领导汇报工作进度; Work out the monthly work plan and report the schedule to the leader at the end of the month. 办理上级领导交代的其他各项事宜。 Other task assigned by the leader. Skills/Experience Required:职位要求: Bachelor’s Degree 大学本科以上学历 Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) 中英文流利 Minimum 2 year’s working experience (office administration) in an international school/company environment 至少两年国际学校或外企工作经验 Strong computer skills – including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint 熟练使用office 软件 Ability to build relationships with other team member 较强的团队意识及沟通能力
