Job responsibilities： •Responsible for teaching A Level Maths and Further Maths. •Ensure students achieve learning outcomes that are above average in the subject of mathematics by instructing students in a clear, concise and stimulated way •Regularly preparing lesson plans that are engaging and actively incorporate the Fusion approach in the curriculum •Teach and prepare students for STEP, UKMT Mathematical Challenge and British Mathematical Olympiad •Manage students’ behavior in the Maths classroom •Maintain a tidy, clean and stimulating learning environment of the Math classroom •Conduct individualised teaching to help students improve their performance. •Mark students’ work, give appropriate feedback and maintain records of students’ progress and development. •Regularly communicate with parents and legal guardians regarding students’ progress, performance •Keep students’ records up to date for progress reports . •Participate in demo classes and marketing activities to promote student recruitment. •Attend staff development days to improve your skills and receive help and feedback from colleagues •Review curriculum needs and execute plans for improvement, and provide tutoring and additional support •Act as a role model by making students feel motivated while maintaining an approachable personality •Attend school events to better understand student interest and personalities outside of the regular classroom, build strong relationships with your students and aid in the strengthening of their self-confidence while inspiring them to achieve high goals •Perform other duties and tasks as assigned Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Knowledge •Minimum Bachelor’s degree in STEAM related subject . •At least one year of teaching experience for Olympiad maths is desirable. •Previous experience in attending and/or preparing students to attend Math Olympiad competitions will be an advantage. •Experience with teaching STEP, UKMT Mathematical Challenge and British Mathematical Olympiad is preferred •Able to work under pressure. Good presentation and teaching skills. •Excellent communication skills and Strong interpersonal competencies. •An ability to communicate effectively with students and other colleagues of all age groups and social backgrounds. •Passionate for teaching and with a high degree of dedication and professionalism, positive attitude and strong team spirit. 岗位职责： 负责教授A Level 数学和高等数学课程； 通过以清晰、简介、引导的方式指导学生，让学生取得高于数学学科平均水平的学习成果； 定期准备课程计划，将融合课程的教学方法纳入课程； 为STEP、 UKMT英国数学竞赛和英国数学奥林匹克竞赛的学生进行教学和准备； 做好课堂管理。统筹教学工作，评估教学质量； 针对学生情况，对其进行个性化的课程讲授，为学生查缺补漏，帮助其尽快提高成缋； 掌握学生的学习情况，记录学生的提高和进步，做好学生关怀和鼓励； 定期与家长就学生的进步和表现进行沟通； 审查课程需求，执行改进计划，并为学生提供辅导和额外支持； 做学生的榜样，让学生感到有动力； 参加学校活动，以便更好地了解学生的兴趣和个性，与学生建立牢固的关系，帮助他们增强自信心，激励学生实现更高的目标； 参与配合招生讲座及市场推广活动，积极参加学校和部门组织的各种培训、教研、讲座、会议等活动； 完成领导分配的其他任务。 任职要求： 本科及以上学历，STEAM相关专业； 有一年以上奥数教学经验者优先； 有指导STEP考试、 UKMT英国数学竞赛和英国数学奥林匹克竞赛经验者优先； 优秀的沟通能力和人际交往能力； 能够承担工作压力，适应有强度的工作； 具有很强的课堂表现力和控制力； 能够与学生和所有年龄阶段及社会背景的同事进行有效沟通； 热爱教育事业，具有高度的敬业和专业精神，充满激情与活力，积极的工作态度和较强的团队合作精神。
