岗位名称 Job title: IB PYP 协调员 岗位职责 Key responsibilities: 1.承担每周不少于10个课时的授课任务； Take on no less than 10 teaching hours/week; 2.负责小学部教师团队的建设及管理，激发教师团队的工作热情，保证教学质量； Responsible for the construction and management of the teaching team, inspiring their work enthusiasm, and maintaining teaching quality; 3.负责组织教学部门定期开展教研活动，为新课程研发提供方案； Organize the teaching department to regularly carry out teaching and research activities, and provide proposals for the development of new courses; 4.负责中外教师培训体系搭建及管理工作； Responsible for the construction and management of the training system for Chinese and foreign teachers; 5.监督教师教学质量，负责对课程质量的评估及考核工作； Supervise the teaching quality and responsible for the evaluation and assessment of course quality; 6.执行上级安排的其他相关工作。 Carry out other relevant work assigned by superiors. 任职要求 Qualifications： 1.本科及以上学历，教育学、教育管理等相关专业或具有海外留学经验优先考虑； Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Education, Education Management or related fields, with overseas study background preferred. 2.在国际学校具有五年以上教学经验（语数英任一门）和三年以上管理经验/熟悉IB PYP课程体系/有PYP协调员经验者优先考虑； At least 5 years of teaching experience (in any of the subjects including Chinese, Maths or English) and at least 3 years of management experience in international schools/ familiar with the IB PYP curriculum/ having PYP coordinator experience is preferred. 3.持有小学语文/数学/英语学科教师资格证、二级乙等或以上等级普通话证书； Holding a Chinese/ Maths/ English teacher qualification certificate (elementary level), and with a level of 2B or above Mandarin certificate. 4.如任教英语学科，英语专八或托福100分（雅思7分）以上，听说读写能力优秀； If teaching English subject, English Level 8 or TOFEL 100 (IELTS 7) or above is required, with excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. 5.具有良好的职业道德和进取精神，热爱教育行业，擅于与学生和家长沟通。 Possess good professional ethics and enterprising spirit, passionate with the education industry, and be good at communicating with students and parents.
